Returns
Of course, it can occasionally happen that the product ordered is not to your liking. You may cancel and return your order within 30 days of receiving it without stating a reason. Products can be returned at your own expense.
For hygienic reasons, bed textiles may only be returned if they have not been removed from their packaging. In case you want to check the material of the product, you may open the packaging carefully.
Please take the following steps:
- Click on the button "register return" to access our return portal and enter the order number and e-mail address.
- Please follow all the steps.
- Attach the return form to the package and drop the package off at a package collection point.
- We will keep you informed of the status of your return shipment by e-mail.

Returns terms and conditions:
- The items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with the correct postage.
- The costs for sending the returned package are at your own expense.
- We are not liable for the loss or damage of a returned package. We therefore advise you to send the returned package by registered post and in all cases retain the track and trace code until your return has been processed by us.
- When we have received and processed the returned package and the returned items in good order, you will be notified by e-mail. We strive to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. We will then transfer the refund amount back to the account you had used to pay as soon as possible.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product for a different size or colour? Then please submit a new order; this way you will know for sure that the requested item has been reserved for you directly.
