What does the warranty entail?

All items purchased from us come with a one year limited warranty. If any damage has occurred while you, as a consumer, have handled the product correctly as should reasonably be expected of you, you will receive a new product from us.

When can a claim not be made under the terms of the warranty?

No warranty applies:

• in the event of damage due to wilful intent
• due to negligence
• in the event of improper use
• in the event of negligent care and maintenance
• due to normal wear and tear
• in the event of damage caused by failure to heed the instructions for use, or failure to observe them correctly
